ICHRO and Omnium des Libertés have filed a joint stakeholder submission to the UPR Working Group ahead of its 54th session for Sudan’s fourth-cycle review, documenting near-total non-implementation of the commitments Sudan accepted in 2022 and warning that a geographically selective approach risks an incomplete assessment of the crisis.
